Job Description

The Enrollment Specialist connects with prospective students through high-volume warm outreach, building rapport, qualifying interest, and supporting the transition to enrollment advising for post-graduate programs.

Job Duties:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students interested in post-graduate programs, providing guidance on next steps.
  • Engage prospects via phone, email, chat, and text messaging with the goal of qualifying interest and supporting enrollment progression.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach using an auto-dial system, completing brief pre-screening conversations to confirm program fit.
  • Collect and document qualifying information related to academic background, career goals, and program requirements.
  • Provide high-level information about academic programs and institutions, answering general questions and building enrollment confidence.
  • Effectively encourage and transition qualified prospects to Admissions Specialists for deeper advising conversations.
  • Meet assigned performance metrics, including outreach volume, contact rates, and successful transfers.
  • Accurately manage prospect records, applications, and follow-up documentation while maintaining confidentiality and data security standards.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of consultative sales, recruiting, or customer service experience (preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit with desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to connect with relevance to prospective students representing multiple stages of life and diverse backgrounds/experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability exceeding expectations, influencing others, and meeting deadlines.
  • A passion and enthusiasm for education.

Additional Information:

  • Pay: $22/hr.
  • Schedule: 8:30am - 5:00pm, Mon - Fri
  • Location: 100% Remote - Must be based in the Minneapolis/Saint Paul area
  • Type: 3-month contract (potential to get extended to 6 months and/or permanent hire)
